This is a preliminary design package to assist you to size and cost your own dust extraction system. You enter the general layout of your system, and the software then calculates the design parameters required to implement it (total pressure drop, duct diameters, etc). This software is available in a cut-down version for you to try out for yourself, this has much less functionality than the full version, but will give you a feel for what the software is capable of.

Dustbox Design

This is a preliminary design package to assist you to size and cost your own dustbox dust collection system. You enter type of dust you are collecting and the duct diameter and flowrate into the collector, and the software then displays a proprietry dustbox design, including dimensions and filter sizes and specifications. This is a preliminary design package to assist you to size and cost your own cyclone dust collection system. You enter the type of dust you are collecting and the flowrate into the collector, and the software then calculates a cyclone design and displays it.
